Under-utilized business solutions exist everywhere in an enterprise. Tremendous potential is locked up by cultural focus on immediate productivity, in contrast with empowerment of the entire employee base to engage in creative problem-solving; unleashing innovative potential residing in dialogue about issues affecting the business.

This concept is a core component of developing a learning culture; by turning interpersonal competition into collaboration; and previously structured conversations into less structured, more broadly centered conversations around broader subjects such as processes and procedures, products, work flow and systems. This process engenders new conversations about old problems, as well as undiscovered opportunities.
